The primary objective is to acquire high-quality, cost-effective printing options that meet the diverse needs of the members of EPIC6.  Examples include but not limited to:

Full service printing; business card printing; large format printing; custom laser engraving; shipping & mailing services; document shredding; offset printing; copy machine sales, service, rental; and any other goods and services related to printing.

When EPIC6 offers a renewal option to a vendor and the option is not returned (missing from above), the option is deemed accepted unless the vendor notifies EPIC6 of its objection.
