The primary objective is to acquire high-quality, cost-effective athletic supplies and equipment that meet the diverse needs of the members of EPIC6. Athletic Supplies include a wide variety of items used for sports and exercise, such as equipment (balls, rackets, bats, gloves, weight benches), protective gear (helmets, pads, catching equipment), apparel (shoes, compression gear) and training tools (mats, weights, resistance bands). Athletic Supplies can range from core items for a specific sport to broader categories like therapy and first-aid supplies needed for training and recovery. 

When EPIC6 offers a renewal option to a vendor and the option is not returned (missing from above), the option is deemed accepted unless the vendor notifies EPIC6 of its objection.
