Audio-Visual Equipment and Supplies include a range of technologies that produce and control both sound and visuals. This equipment is used for purposes like entertainment, education, and presentations to enhance communication and engagement. Examples include but not limited to projectors, speakers, microphones, video conferencing systems, and various display screens.
The primary objective is to acquire high-quality, cost-effective audio-visual equipment, supplies and related non-construction services that meet the diverse needs of the members of EPIC6. 

When EPIC6 offers a renewal option to a vendor and the option is not returned (missing from above), the option is deemed accepted unless the vendor notifies EPIC6 of its objection.
