Building Materials - Equipment, Supplies, Hardware, Services

The primary objective is to acquire high-quality, cost-effective building materials, hardware and related non-construction services that meet the diverse needs of the members of EPIC6.  Examples include but not limited to:

Lumber, doors and related hardware, cabinets and related hardware, window hardware, fasteners, ladders, garden tools, garden and outdoor equipment, tarps, fencing, insulation, cement and masonry, drywall, hand tools, power tools, tool rental, equipment rental, paint and supplies, sandpaper, nails, screws and any other goods and non-construction services associated with building materials and hardware.

When EPIC6 offers a renewal option to a vendor and the option is not returned (missing from above), the option is deemed accepted unless the vendor notifies EPIC6 of its objection.
